Ferro Silicon is an alloy which is produced by combining iron and 15% to 90% of silicon. It is used as a      de-oxidizing material in steel alloy manufacturing industries, cast iron industries, refurbishment of other ferro alloys, etc 

Ferro Silico Manganese is an alloy containing the high amount of Manganese and Silicon. It is widely used as an alloying agent in the manufacture of steel. Ferro Manganese is used as de-oxidizing agent during the steel making and as an alloying agent. Its Addition increases strength at high temperatures by eliminating the formation of iron sulfides. Manganese also improves hardenability, ductility and wear resistance.

Ferro Alloys are alloys of iron with other elements like chromium, manganese, silicon, tungsten, molybdenum or vanadium. Ferro Alloys are essentially used to impart certain physical and chemical properties to a particular grade of steel e.g. change in tensile strength, ductility, hardness, corrosion, resistance, wear resistance or abrasion resistance properties.

Ferroalloys are the integral constituents of any steelmaking process, as these are indispensable materials for refining, deoxidation, desulphurization, and alloying to achieve the desired chemical and physical properties in steel. As such they influence the steel quality and steelmaking economics to a great extent. They are vital inputs for producing all types of steel and are used as raw material in the production of alloys steel and stainless steel. Not a single grade of steel is produced without ferro-alloys. In fact, more than 85 % of ferroalloys produced globally are consumed in the steel industry.
